The inception of KMCT College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in 2020 was another successful accomplishment of KMCT Group of Institutions managed by Kunhitharuvai Memorial Charitable Trust. Set in a Sprawling Campus at Kuttippuram, Kerala, KMCT College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is a premier hotel management college in Kerala.
KMCT College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is the sister concern of KMCT Medical College, Kozhikode. The college is a minority status institution with a mission of serving humanity, inculcating supreme moral values to the students.

Kerala, with its unique geographical features, exotic and myriad flora and fauna, is fondly referred to as ‘God’s Own Country’. It is one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in Asia. Kerala was selected by the National Geographic Traveller as one of the 50 destinations of a lifetime and one of the thirteen paradises in the world.
An equable climate, serene beaches, tranquil stretches of backwaters, lush hill stations and exotic wildlife are the major attractions of this land. A unique advantage of Kerala is that most of the destinations here are only a two - four hour drive from the other.
The Kunhitharuvai Memorial Charitable Trust Group of Institutions or KMCT was established in 1997 by Dr. K. Moidu a leading medical practitioner and a visionary educationist for imparting quality education in different professional fields. KMCT is located in the serene hillocks of Manassery and Mampatta around 25 km from Calicut in Kerala. Away from the commotion of the city, the Campus is set in a lush green and tranquil environment - an ideal place to pursue education. The first institute to come up under KMCT was the National College of Pharmacy in 1997 and from this humble beginning, there are now more than 22 professional and non-professional institutions in our Manassery Campus in Calicut and Kuttippuram campus in Malappuram. More than 7000 students study in our campuses. The campuses of Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM K), National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NIT-C), Indian Institute of Spices Research (IISR), National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) are all situated in a radius of 10 km from the campus.
The board is led by the Founder Chairman Dr. K. Moidu. The other directors include Dr. Navas K.M (Chairman & Managing Trustee) and Dr. Ayisha Nazreen ( Trustee & Director)
