Taking over the reigns as Executive Trustee and Director at KMCT Group of Institutions since 2021, Dr. Ayisha has established herself as the rock hold support to all the activities that run the group as a whole. A centralized control with a decentralized action plan has been her trump card, reflecting in all spheres of operations at KMCT. Her core idea is to enhance the services already available at KMCT to higher levels of quality and set her own standards that focus on ease of operations, freedom of opinions, and thoughtful actions.

She takes time to recruit the best possible candidates as faculty and staff members, thereby ensuring a deep sense of quality at grassroots level. She also takes time to listen to problems faced by each college to provide thoughtful and meaningful solution. She believes that providing a comfortable working environment is of prime importance to ensure maximum positive output and takes care of all infrastructural needs of each college, intervening in the system when faults are found. All these have definitely proved her mettle, and she is an active support to the people around her.

Even though she has her wings spread across all sections of operations at KMCT Group of Institutions, she takes a keen interest in running the dental college specifically, since she is a dentist by qualification and currently functions as its director as well.
